Counselling aims to help you deal with and overcome issues that are causing you pain, or making you feel distressed.
Counselling takes place on a one-to-one basis in a quiet, safe and confidential environment. Depending on your needs, it can be short or long term.
It provides a safe and regular space for you to talk and explore difficult feelings. I will always respect your views and try to support and help you to find your own insight and understanding of what is preventing you from living a happier life.
Counselling offers an opportunity to develop insight into why we think and behave in certain ways. Increased understanding can help us make meaningful changes and build confidence which enables us to act proactively and respond more positively to difficult situations.
